Cancellation Policy
A minimum one week written notice is mandatory for cancellations for any reason. If the cancellation is initiated by Just Us Productions LLC, within one week of the event date all monies paid to Just Us Productions LLC shall be fully refunded, INCLUDING the deposit fee. All other circumstances the booking deposit is non-refundable. Any approved refunds shall be paid out within thirty (30) calendar days from the cancellation date. For any cancellations that are not initiated by Just Us Productions LLC, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Clients that need to cancel their event must provide a written notice and may request a company credit to be applied to a future event booking with Just Us Productions. Any written cancellation notices received prior to one week of the event date will have any monies paid excluding the deposit fee refunded within 30 days from the cancellation date.
