2. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Just Us Productions Tampa. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received and the booking agreement is signed.

2. Payments

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability, but a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Service Requirements (On-Site)

• Space: For photo booths, a minimum area of 10'x10' is recommended.

• Power: Client must provide a dedicated power outlet within 20 feet of the setup area.

• Outdoor Events: If setting up outdoors, the client must provide a level surface and overhead protection (tent/canopy) to protect equipment from sun and weather.

5. Equipment Damage - The client is responsible for any damage caused to Just Us Productions equipment by guests or event attendees. We reserve the right to shut down equipment if we feel the environment is unsafe for our staff or gear.

6. Liability - Just Us Productions Tampa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We carry professional liability insurance and can provide certificates upon request for your venue.

7. Media Release - By using our photo booth or event services, you grant Just Us Productions Tampa permission to use images and videos captured during the event for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) unless a private gallery/opt-out is requested in writing prior to the event.

5. Limitation of Liability - Just Us Productions Tampa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from technical failures beyond our control, though we always strive to provide backup solutions.

7. Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
